Micucci Law Firm assists Italian and foreign businesses in negotiating and drafting business agreement under Italian or International Commercial Law. Over the years, we have been providing this service to companies from several areas of trade, helping them plan strategies to achieve internationalisation efficiently. In case of litigations involving existing business agreements, we also provide international dispute resolution capabilities.

Micucci Law Firm assists its clients with in court and out-of-court procedures involving Intellectual and Industrial Property Law (trademarks, domain names, patents). We also have experience in arbitration on IP litigations involving inventions by employees (Section 64 of the Italian Code of Industrial Property).
